2 defects 2 Questions

Comic #1 - High grade except for the fact that approx 7 pages are missing tiny pieces at the corners - What is the highest possible grade ?

 

Comic #2 - Another beauty with unreal white pages except it has two interior page tears on the right middle edges approx half an inch maybe a bit smaller long - Whats the highest possible grade ?

The missing interior page corner chips sounds like a production issue. You see this a lot on bronze and copper books... like small tags hanging from the corners. I presume it does not impact grade much if anything.

 

Is the other issue production related or post-production damage?

It would seem to be a production flaw as well just because the tears were almost unnoticeable upon first glance

it the missing pieces are 1/16" to 1/8" missing corners on pages and cover due to production error, I have a few bronze books that got 9.6

 

I say the #2 might get a 9.6 also if the cover is flawless.
