blue label and glue

Yeah... just got a Brave & the Bold 28 graded and it got the PLOD. The centerfold was reattached with some glue. The kicker? It graded at a 1.5, which makes me think it was amateur. Not gonna make a 1.5 sparkle, so why even do it. Curses.

 

Definitely seems like a grey area for CGC. Bummer.
