Nice copy. The scan is a little tough to judge from. I think the top corner crease keeps it no higher than a 8.0 - 8.5

 

Without that, it would have jumped much higher.

 

And that's one "Big" Barda on the back.

7.5, CGC doesn't usually gives more than this for book with a wear
