This is listed in the Gerber guide as an 8. Unfortunately, Mark Zaid told me there were more found so the scarcity is not as much as previously thought, but you don't have to tell your friends that.

Name written in grease pencil in the back cover and someone tried to erase something on the cover, I believe. And that's a dust shadow along the side.
