Gun Fury was great (iirc, it was a long time ago)

 

Never read that one. I did like Samurai, Elflord, and Dragonring back then, and recently got turned on to Warlock 5 (first thirteen issues are fantastic before the creative team quit).

 

Icarus - I have this. Guess it is time to break them out and start reading.

IIRC, it was pretty juvenile but very fun at the time. The lead was a Batman type who used to strike himself in the genitals with a 2 x 4 to increase his pain tolerance. He used to always refer to his "loins", too.

I found the best looking copy of this book I have ever seen at a local comic show a couple of months ago. Also got a nice #2, but only about a 9.4.

 

 

Stories suck, but a lot of the covers are great.
