I never realized Steve Rude tried to take this to network executives to propose a TV show based on the Nexus universe.

 

Definitely love how he kept his art style in the short, but what a shame this didn't come together.

That's awesome. I loved Jonny Quest and Space Ghost (the original Hanna-Barbera shows) when I was a kid, and you can tell the Dude did too! Would've loved to have seen this happen!
