I'm sorry, my friend, I'm going to have to intervene now. I realize that your sales volume is tremendous, but do you think it's enough to undertake such a dangerous endeavor as collecting Slabbed HG Care Bears and Smurfs. I'm begging you to stop right now!

 

I've heard a story of a guy who followed a similar path. It started as simple fun, recreational at first. But after awhile he couldn't stop. Gargamel Holofoil Prismatic Covers, Smurfette Scratch and Sniff Panty Inserts, Care Bears vs. Transformers. You name it, he had to have it. He blew all his dough, went crazy when he couldn't buy anymore, and was committed to some insane asylum out in Oregon somewhere. This was many years ago, I heard through the grapevine that he traded these books for his freedom (one of the orderlies suffered from a similar affliction). Now he runs a comic shop and now spends his days longing for the times he traded Care Bear reading copies for kisses in the coatroom. blush.gifshocked.gif So, so sad. frown.gif
