FS: GA - Cap 45 & 67 - Price drop

Up for sale are two golden age Caps that I really didn't want to part with, but some bills need to be paid.

 

Shipping:

 

In the U.S - $10 or $15 for both books.

To Canada - $25 or $35 for both books.

Cap 45 - CGC 3.5 Brittle pages $425 $400

- Small bottom right corner chunk missing

- Book looks really nice for a 3.5, but I believe the brittle pages knocked the grade down a bit.

Cap 67 - CGC 3.5 Cream to Off-White pages $500 $475

- CGC note - 5 tapes stains on cover.

- Noticeable crease along top right cover, which starts from above the letter "T" in Captain and goes to the side of the letter "A" in America.

NOTE: Books were not pressed to my knowledge.. books were purchased slabbed.

I agree that #45 displays better than the grade it received assuming the back cover is as nice. It's a shame they knocked it for the page quality that's a nice schomburg cover

Don't know if that would be wise with the brittle pages they could get damaged in transit or from handling
