Opinion on ASM #300

Hey guys, new to the boards!

I just picked up a set of ASM #'s 296-300 and wanted to see what you guys think of #300. It looks pretty good with square corners, no wear and lays flat. Covers great and colorful, but there is a small crease on the top left corner that makes a small crinkle on the cover. It doesn't break color or anything and it surprisingly doesn't affect the squareness of the corner, its just noticeable when looking at it from an angle. Also the pages are off white. I was wondering what you think CGC would possibly grade this at. Thanks!
