Couldn't help it, had to email him. The highest priced one in the completed search is $100, and that's for a CGC 9.6 copy. I'll post his response, if I get one.

There was a "reported" sale of $2,000 for this book in the last OS. It was obviously a mistake but this guy must've read it and thought he stumbled onto a goldmine.

I remember going to Gary Dolgoff's warehouse about three years ago and he had loads of copies of this book - several boxes worth, all unread. Common would be an understatement on this one.
