I though it would be a good item since it has an all-star cast...

Excellent price - would have paid $50 for it myself...but now that I see you got such a good deal on it. and it is common, I may have to readjust my BIN limit on this one in the future.

You gotta be careful with these high grade modern issues. The first few bring a bunch of money, and then the prices start dropping.

 

I paid $120 for a 9.8 issue of Hulk #250 with Silver Surfer, and the same issue is now selling for about $75. Same thing with Spectacular Spider-Man #1, Web of Spider-Man #1, etc. etc.
