A friend of the families brought this over the other day. Not sure what it is. Couldn't find a listing in Overstreet.

It apparently was a promo comic sponsored by Pebeco Toothpaste and Lehn and Fink. Here's a listing for it on Ebay. It's also mentioned in this PDF newsletter (on page 10).

I like the Gumps strip. They had a lot of action and some mad scientists too.
