What do you think of the new "Wizard First Program"?

This is the beginning of the end. I was pissed. Pretty soon the manufacturers will send them straight to CGC. Or they will purposelly manufacture 10..0s. I knew this was coming given the money to be made. Somebody explain to me the purpose of a 9.5 grade. If its a 9.6(.5 )does it drop to a 9.5?? or move to a 10.0. These kind of antics killed the comic industry off in the early 90's. The good news and it will take the speculators (me) out of the modern age market and increase the value of early modern, bronze and of course silver age.
