Writing in Ink on Back Cover - Coupon filled out - GA

Suppose on a GA comic that someone filled out the coupon on the back cover in ink with their name and address. Does that drop the grade or create a green label?

On anything but a HG GA book, I don't think such writing will drop the grade much at all.
