I saw Master Comics #1(?) oversize, Archie #1 fr, J Byrne framed Avengers Westcoast OA cover tribute to FF #1, coverless FF #1, Avengers 4 Cgc 8.0, etc. at aggressive asking prices. Also coverless early GA Supermans, some GA Action #19 or 20 parts. You missed out, as this vendor usually only shows up once every 9 months.

Don't think you would have bought any of his wall books. e.g. Avengers 4 Cgc 8.0 blue asking $4,000, but he will drop to $3,500 which is still aggressive compared to eBay, etc. The Byrne OA cover art asking $12k.
