I'd say more of a VG or VG- because of the water damage. No telling how extensive it may be from the scans either. If they can get the BIN $ more power to em!

Seriously, if it has severe water damage, the HIGHEST I would go in terms of grade is 2.5 if the rest of the book is VF or better.
