I'm having hard time accounting for the foxing...

 

What do you grade one of my favourite Wally Wood covers?

Well, I would grade it about a 5.0 (scan is smallish, and white covers are near impossible to judge on a monitor) - but if CGC is still as soft on foxing as they used to be, they could be more generous.

I don't think the foxing should drop it lower than VG. In any case I suspect the scan is being none too kind there, esp. with the date stamp in that same general area. Nice solid book.
