Need some help/suggestions

Hey guys,

 

Was hoping you could help me out with a query. I have been after a female related CGC book for my older sister to mark the month/year she was born.

 

The best candidate I could come up with was Wonder Woman #139, been on the hunt for that book for a year solid with no results (just posted in the WTB) and there is only one 9.4 on the census anyway.

 

So my question now becomes, can you guys suggest any female related comic book from the month of June 1963 which would fit this criteria? Ideally superhero, which I know is clutching at straws!
