PGM Green Lantern 55

This book is in good condition but a small piece is missing on FC bottom left corner and the piece is missing throughout the whole book. How much of a grade drop is there with this chunk missing and what would you grade this book?

Well it looks like rat chew to a book that was going to grade out at about a 4.0 even before the rat had dinner . . . So I say, drop it a full point to 3.0
