It includes the mailer envelope, a Katy Keene Fan Club Membership Card, a Katy Keene Pin-Up No. 11 signed Sincerely Yours Katy Keene and Bill Woggon and an order form for more Pin-Ups and Cut-Out Sets of Katy and the Gang, also for a Katy Note Pad for only 25 cents. All in nice age related condition, with the original mailing envelope having a few tears near the seams. $90 shipped rules will listen to PMs and paypal is prefered but will take MO as well
