You can always cancel their bid and block them. Or at least send them an e-mail to see if you can determine if he's serious. What was the BIN set at anyway?

I just received an e-mail from the guy, and he seems to be on the level. We'll see, but at least he wrote back.

 

The BIN was set at $2,250, which is roughly what the last big set went for (which contained 1-75). High, I know, but I did start it on April 1st.
