+1. The remake had moments, but was a pale shadow compared to the original. The Hollywood producers should have shelled out extra money to all involved with the original to make not so much a sequel, but a continuation of what comes next for these youngsters. What wasted opportunity, to only tap into the 'teen vampire craze.

The COPD really took the weight off him, to the point the mind was willing, but nothing left in the body. He was known to be quite the escape artist with hospital stays when he had attacks and when he went the last time over something minor, I never thought...
