Raw or CGC is fine. Selling PGX here is like biting the hand that feeds ya.

I sell ngc coins I have cgc comics, I'll probably use cgc to grade my comics, but why restrict sales here?

Pcgs let's you sell ngc

Pcgs currency let's you sell cga

Figured cgc would pretty much do the same thing.

I should have checked first, that's my bad, however not sure why they have the rule.

But when in someones house you follow their rules.

Therefore I deleted the post.

But that being said why are some people such hard asses?

It's nothing personal....it's been CGC's policy since the beginning. I got hammered for it when I was new also. I've seen people get around it on occasion by cropping out the slab and listing it as raw.....but it could cause problems if they found out. GOD BLESS....

Nobodies being a "hard-" we all broke the rules at some point and then someone else points it out and we don't do it anymore.

In exchange for free listings , and the great deals we sometimes get in the FS section, we have to police ourselves.

Just roll with it.

Some people have a short fuse, seen too many guys start sales threads without

reading the rules. Don`t take it personal, we`ve all been roasted at one time or

another.

As far as people being tough on others here partially because the marketplace here is 100% self-policed. We try to look out for one another because we've all found this forum appealing for one reason or another. Whatever the reason, it's tough to deny that this place and its members have a wealth of knowledge and even seasoned vets learn new things regularly.

 

We don't want to lose the forums so people get protective of the rules. Admittedly, some people are a little more tactful than others. Definitely stick around. Regardless of what you like to collect, buy, or sell, there's something to learn here. Welcome!
