Mike Kooiman who is working on the Quality Companion asked over at the DCM forum for some higher resolution scans of some of the early comic scans we host.

 

Hello fans,

 

I am preparing the Quality Companion and gathering the art. We plan to run lots of great art in the issue but what I'm really looking for is HIGHER RESOLUTION SCANS of the earliest issues. If anyone knows the people who made the downloadable scans here at DCM, I'd love to know about it. I'm wondering if those people might possibly have kept larger files of the same issues. We plan to print five tales in full color and at full size if we can find the proper scans for it.

 

The book is shaping up nicely!

I was wondering if there are any Quality Comics collectors here, who would like to help Mike out with some of the scans he is after? If so could you please contact Mike to see if you can contribute to this worthwhile project. If any editing of the scans is required, we at DCM have lots who would be willing to help out with that. Thanks

What were these guys looking for? I have a few early Quality comics that would be worth scanning but I don't know if it is worth writing to them about.
