I'm inclined to go 3.5 as well...but I just had an FF 11 graded with a smaller, less prominent stain and about an equal amount of wear and it came back a 3.0...thought it was a pretty harsh grade but as they say, CGC hammers stains pretty hard.

Agreed- even though the stain goes through the book, and caused at least rippling on the FC, the eye-appeal is solid for the grade.

To me, that's a nice 3.5. I love pre-hero Marvels (which shouldn't make a difference to the grade, I know).

Thanks for all of your opinions on the grade. I only have a few pre-hero Marvels. Here's another. Any thoughts on this one, with the corner damage and tan color?
