does anyone do this ?.. I am just wondering what the catch is & how they will use it to screw me over

Yeah I use it, really no catch. Everytime you buy something they give you a percentage of it back in credit to use in future e-bay purchases. (every 3 months.)

You just get 2% back every quarter, and then you have a month to use it. The only way you can get screwed is If you forget to use it, but that would be on you then.

ebay bucks are real and they are redeamable every 3 months. about 1 week prior to the redemtion date ebay has "double" ebay bucks offers on almost everything.

Actually works quite well. I think of it as just a credit towards another purchase ... note, you do have a short time limit in which to use it though. I think it's about a month.
