The Incredible Hulk #181

Asking for some opinions on this book. The most glaring defects are the multiple transverse creasing on the spine, minor spine roll, fairly sharp corners with the lower left slightly abraded, moderate soiling (not staining) on the back cover, light corner crease on the back, light wrinkle with no color break on the back, at least an OWL 8 page brightness. Interior is complete, tight spine/centerfold. I need to make a decision on its value before I submit it.
