I've recieved this email twice from some @ss trying to pull a pathetic scam.

I already emailed him back telling him how F$#king stupid he is to try this. $75,000+ worth of books for $4500? insufficiently_thoughtful_person!!!

I actually posted this before. The guy will actually reply..and will actually meet you halfway. In all honesty, if the price was higher..I'd believe him as he seems to not be afraid to meet in person.

Gee, up to about $55,000+ with only 4 books here,and he only needs about $7500? You sure it's not gman trying to come up with some cash to buy more common high grade ?

I live close enough that I just sent him an email telling him that I would love to come over and inspect / buy the books. I won't be holding my breath waiting for him to email me!

So here's a little update on our friend Anthony.

 

Here are some of the email responses that he sent to me:

 

Number 1 Email:

I am not interested in face to face meetings,sorry.Is there any other way we can finish off the deal?!

Number 2 Email:

You can send half or atleast a percentage and i will ship the comics out to you monday morning overnight with tracking number requested.I need a down payment before i send out or give away my comics.Again i am sorry i am not interested in to face to face meetings.Thanks

Basically I told him that I would meet him with $100 bills wherever he wanted in the five boroughs to get these books. As you can see he was less than cooperative. So I asked him for some scans and these are what he send me:

 

 

 

I just emailed him again telling him that I will meet him in a diner if he wanted for us to consumate the deal.

 

RICKDOGG - what auctions did he steal these scans from?

 

I'll let you guys know what this phony tells me . . .
