File a SNAD. Significantly Not As Described. Include links to photos in your claim.

 

I've heard there's no longer a "no returns" seller option on eBay. If you push it eBay will make them take a return.

I got a reply from them this morning that was like...thanks for telling us we can't grade. we'll try harder next time. gfy.

 

I opened a case. They have yet to respond.
