Heritage Brave and the Bold #57 price a fluke???

I was amazed to see that the copy of Brave and the Bold #57 in the last Heritage auction sold for over $1000 yet here is a copy in the same grade CGC NM on ebay with a buy it now of $699 just sitting there. So what is the value of this book?
