No cummunication from ebay seller, help!

Hi all, my friend bought some comics from qualitycomics, and did not receive them all, he said that he forgot to put them in the package, and said he would send them. After quite a lot of emails and no replies, and no comics, now getting on for 3 months, what is up here? Have had reports from various dealers UK and US that he is a good person, seller, so just wondering why this is happening. Please either pm me or email the person to whom the CGG X-men 119, 121 9.4's and a loose X-men 132 9.4, thx for any help on this! confused.gif
