Nice book...you never see White pages on this book; curious if the bc is just as nice.

 

I'm more interested in the fact that you found three kick arse high grade raw books in my favorite genre at a local show :doh:

Thought I'd point out, the newest HOM on the stands is #13, and is an anthology format similar to the old days. Even has a "Page 13" by Aragonnes! Neal Adams, Ralph Reece & Eric Powell contribute art & is well worth the read!

 

Ralph Reese...really? Wow haven't seen anything by him in a long time!

I stopped picking this title up after about #6 I think, will go back to it now! (thumbs u

I was even searching art dealers for anything by Ralph Reese as I would love to own some OO by him!

cool! I've been reading these from the get-go. Now if they can start getting some covers worth a piddly-do I'll be set.

 

Just to show how much of a deal that the #179 was that sold in 9.4 for $800, the recent copy from the auction went for 3x... :eek:

I think I read that Neal's son JOSH ghosted the art in HOM #13. Maybe Rich Johnston's column? Has anyone seen it? Confirm/deny?

 

dunno, but what was the variant ratio for the Adams cover? I ordered 5 copies and didn't get one. :(
