Wow, Spectre #5 gets no love, but some of the most static, dry covers are garnering a bunch of votes.

 

I mean, look how badazz Spectre comes across in that cover! Heroes of the day simply did not express that.

I think SA 207 had the most votes of any cover in any preliminary round.

 

That absolutely floors me. I think it's the second worst cover on the list after Batman 200
