Forgive my ignorance. I've been trying to find out why this issue goes for so much. I saw a copy at my LCS but it was gone before I could ask.

 

Is this a significant issue, apart from the fact this one is SS?

 

it's the issue when oracle and nightwing kiss - i believe that is the only significance - low print title (i believe) and a significant bat-arc moment...

BOP #8 is a very scarce issue and is important in the nightwing and oracle timeline. Its the issue where they finally give in to their feelings with eachother. plus its low print run. a BOP 8 NM raw would go for around $100-120.
