  1. Thanks! I was very particular about the wig location. The book is too gorgeous not to be
  2. Just bought one of my minor grails from Daniel. Great deal and fast/secure shipping. Great boardie to buy from! -Jonesy
  3. There are still some Spider-Man 55 2nd prints available here: 55 Red Cover
  4. I had to dig mine out for this thread! Here you go
  5. I was happy to see a renewed interest in Revival because I’ve been holding on to my #1 and #1 phantom forever
  6. I definitely remember Comic Odyssey! Loved it and it became my regular LCS because of all the things you mentioned. I’m still with Collectors Paradise, they’re cool as well. There was definitely a noticeable difference between the card customers and comics customers....
  7. Anyone get in on that sweet VIP action for SDCC? A little rich for my blood
  8. This is true! Managed to grab a set of A-D unsigned that I hope to get done at SDCC. The fees for getting his books yellow label are getting ridiculous. $20-$40 for the book, add $20 if you are going to CGC, and then pay the grading cost...
  9. Can someone try spraying the inside of a regular comic box with Flex Seal and report back? Thanks
  10. Now we’re talking. This is what I’ve missed about the boards
  11. Boardy formerly known as Monstermonkey79. I see you are still greggy
  12. Hey everyone! I haven’t been too active in last year or so, family deaths and personal things peppered with a waning interest in comics.... But things have settled and so my interest in comics and this forum is renewed! So the question is, what have I missed?
  13. The COA thing with every book is "relatively" new for the con circuit as he's become more popular. Now I pull the COA's out of the bags when I sub them and keep them with slab when I get it back. It's a pretty straightforward process: the books are in the artists possession until someone picks them up with with a CGC witness present. You can't buy the book and walk over to CGC and get a yellow label, not going to happen unless you're a facilitator or witness.
