Would it be easier to upgrade or replace missing parts?

Hey all, I have a Shock SuspenStories #2 and an X-Men #22 which are missing their centrefolds. The SS is about 3.5 - 4 I think, and the X-Men is 2 at best. Would it be easier for me to buy new copies in similar grade, or should I hunt around and find the centrefolds and put them into the books? I'm no restorer, so they'd simply stay loose inside the comic. Opinions please!

You can probably find an X-Men 22 CF pretty easily. SSS2 will be harder. But it all depends on what you want to do with the books. Want readers, just bide your time on the X-Men and a coverless one will show up. But you might just be better off buying a SSS2

X men 22 last sale, in a similar grade, was in Feb and was a 5.5 for 30 bucks. The SSS is difficult but will probably be easier to find a complete book than centerfold.
