Looks like v.2 #1. Does it say feb. in the top right corner? Don't know price, but #1 has a first print regular, one with no price, and then v.2 #1 used same cover

Looking at scans on Atomicavenue.com, that looks like v2 #1. v1 #1 and v2 #1 did use the same cover with the differences below.

 

v1 #1 has a price in upper right and barcode is at the lower right

v1 #1 variant has no price and a barcode at the lower right

 

v2 #1 has a price on the upper right and the barcode moved to the lower left

 

Comic Base has value, in NM, at $1.50

I seen CGC 9.8`s go for over $100 on Ebay a few years ago.

These and the Super Mario comics have some value. How much in the future, who knows ?

$1.50 cover price is the Vol. 2, but it is tougher to find in top condition than the $1.95 Vol. 1.

 

A premium would definitely be paid for CGC 9.8 on that book, but I doubt if a 9.2/9.4 would sell for more than $5-$10 to a Valiant collector.

For a Nintendo/Zelda collector, it probably doesn't matter what Valiant collectors would say. They might pay $20 without any problem.
