Detective comics # 27 giveaway

I purchased this comic 10 years ago . It is a reprint of Detective Comics # 27.

It is in newspaper Print not comic book paper. I think its in VF shape as there are no rips and no marks just the corners arent sharp. the bend in the upper left is the bag and not on the comic.

 

Anyone know anything about this book ??

 

I cant find anything about it . Its from 1984

 

Just curious if its rare and any value on it. I really just want info on it as I havent seen another copy to this day but i look from time to time

Oreo Cookies reprint from 1984 (I think). Worth maybe $10 in that shape (which is more than most promotional comics sell for).
