I'd say this is 2.0 (GD/Good). Price Guide lists its value in this grade as $50.

 

And if you really wanna know, the blue guy is indeed RR (aka Reed Richards, aka Mr. Fantastic).

 

In higher grades the writing can affect how it's graded, but in a lower grade like this, it doesn't affect it at all (according to the Overstreet Price Guide and the Overstreet Grading Guide)

:banana: ....... Actually I repulse these outfits... When I told my daughter these were actually the X-Men, she almost didn't want to go to their latest movie with me anymore! Hell of a negotiation to change her mind.
