Info on Atomic Comics

Does anyone know if Atomic Comics from Daniels Publications (1946) is Canadian? One of the Overstreets has it listed as Canadian but others do not. I know that it reprints Golden Age stories and I wanted to know if this should be added to my collection of one-shot publishers. Has anybody ever seen a copy? Did Daniels Publications issue any other comics? Thanks.
