Remember...all prices INCLUDE S&H&I, boxed Priority, to your door, so please keep that in mind when considering the prices.

Thanks for looking!

Whatever doesn't sell will be moved to eBay on Sunday.

Don't make me pay eBay fees. They suck.

For anyone looking for hard to find pre unity there is a lot of stuff that rarely comes up for sale here, Archer and Armstrong #0 gold as well as the Magnus #0!

It would take more than $400 to get me to sell my A&A 0 Gold right now. My opinion is it has a lot of upward room.

Why is that? I saw that there are 14 9.8s on the census, vs. 46 9.8 eternal Warrior Gold Embossed, but is there anything else special about the A&A?

Like, is it considered the "first" Valiant Gold book?

It is the first Valiant Gold book.

A better comparison would be to the EW1 Gold FLAT. The Embossed version has a heavier cover stock and is not as hard to get in 9.8, The flat version has a cover similar in weight to A&A 0 Gold.

They got put in with all the run of the mill books in the late 90's/early 2000s and it was not uncommon to find them for $5 and under.

But, the main driver for me right now is that with the removal of Solar, Magnus, and Turok, the new Valiant universe is likely to be immortal-heavy.

Huh--I thought the EW and A&A golds were released at the same time. (And yes--I know the normal A&A 0 was released a month before EW.)

Further, I understand EW 1 (flat) got mixed in and actually sent with some regular versions of EW 1, but since neither EW (embossed) or A&A 0 were available commercially, but only via Valiant promotions, they trickled into the marketplace at the same time--so A&A 0 and both EW 1s = tied for "first."

Were these actually tied to dealer order issues? I'd never heard that, but understood they were discretionary promotional variants that were made available at the same time.

I thought the first Valiant "gold" that was tied specifically to orders was Magnus/Predator Platinum (1 per 50).
