Here is a photo that came with the book when I got it from an art dealer a few years ago.

He said that he got it from the original owner and this was a photo taken of "Bob" and Mr. Kirby.

 

Neat story and the picture comes with the book. (It is a scanned copy. I assume Bob kept the original photo)
