DH Mini comic bundle

I came across this and was wondering if anyone can tell me what is in a bundle? I have a few Halloween mini comics that I got from my LCS. They closed so I would like to get this but I don't need a ton of them. I don't even know if this is a new story or not.

The Dark Horse Mini Bundles seem to be sold in bundles of 25. You may want to verify for that title but the few I found with a qty in the description lists it as a 25 count bundle.
