Certified Guaranty Company, better known as CGC, is an independent, impartial, third-party comic book grading service. Providing their customers with expert grading and conservation through their slabbing process, CGC has graded more than 1 million comics over the last decade. In addition to the many levels of grading services provided, CGC also provides witness services for authenticating signed collectibles.

It was CGC...it was Baltimore.... The owner was always against it..until now.

 

I spoke with Marc while he was at Heroes and he was very open to them being at the show. He in fact was also open to CGC or a CAW being at his store for a signing that wound up not happening. So I don't know what changed but I'm glad it did.

i know at philly i asked joe why CGC isn't at baltimore and he told me bc buiness wise they didn't do enough to justfy going last time they were there

 

i then mentioned i heard a rumor on here or something that the reason is bc the promoter for baltimore doesn't like CGC for some reason.....he was shocked to hear that and said he hopes that wasn't the reason

 

whatever the reason it's nice to see their going & hope the show pan's out for them to keep going $$ wise
