I have to confess that with that bindary tear on lower left corner, I would have never graded it 9.4 myself

yikes, I was in the 9.0 group.

 

I don't have the guide (which isn't their standard anyway from what I understand) in front of me, but don't they allow up to a 1/16 or 1/8 inch spine split at the 9.2 tier? I can't recall exactly.

 

9.4 seems high in any case, but aside from the over-spray and that corner, the book looks really nice! Congrats!
