not a viable option. :(

 

just put it between 2 pieces of something solid and flat and stack some heavy stuff on it. old school, but it might be enough to press out something tiny if you give it a little time.

I'll do you one better, I just found CT on my otherwise 9.6-9.8 Spectacular Spidey #1 that I was going to sub for this. :cry: I've had it for like 20 years and have just loved this copy until now. Luckily I spotted it pretty easily now that I was giving the book the eagle eye before submitting, but it still stings.

 

Now to find a replacement, because I can't let this opp go. I am too big a Sal fan!

hoping on a 9.6 for mine. wish there was a little more advanced notice for the sal signing. maybe they can add him to the list for the next masters signing.

It would be nice to have a couple of months notice but of course that can't always be the case for various reasons. I would chase nice copies of all his ASM books to get done if another opp could be set up with more notice.

his first 2 ASMs have romita covers. was gonna try to get both for this signing so i could get em double signed, but i couldn't find anything i could get in time. at least i had my NM PPTSSM 1 and a decent cap 114 (sal inking romita) lying around.

I hear ya guys. Next time I will coordinate better.

 

I try to work hard to put up ops w/ lots of time.

 

As a far look ahead I will do this again hopefully in early 2012! So start saving those books up!
