Showcase 60?

I've always like the Spectre character..especially the G.A. covers..anyways..isn't this the first appearance in the Silver Age? How much should I expect to pay for a CGC 9.2 or 9.4? Thanks

It is indeed the first appearance of the Spectre in the Silver Age.

 

Interesting that unlike the Silver Age revivals of the new Flash, Green Lantern, the Atom, and Hawkman as new characters with new origins & costumes, by 1965 Julie Schwartz & co. were bringing the original JSA members out of retirement: Dr. Fate & Hourman (Showcase 55,56), Starman & Black Canary & Wildcat (Brave & Bold 61,62) and the Spectre (Showcase 60,61,64); all by Gardner Fox and Murphy Anderson.

 

No idea what multiple of Guide (Overstreet 9.4 $360) this goes for.

there was a 9.4 copy on Ebay a few months ago it passed at around $1500 not meeting the reserve Dark purple background keeps it very tough

The staple pull is clean. The copy is a killer. In fact, this copy came right out a DC 4-pack.
