So I submitted my books through a dealer, and when I went to check the status, I get "Access denied. Sorry, invoice number ####### is owned by someone else."

Can only the dealer check the status and not me since I have the invoice in my hands?

Just call CGC's customer service. They'll let you know.

This makes sense because it was submitted under the dealer's number.

The invoice probably only shows you under the ship to information.

However, if you call CGC, they will tell you the status.
