Spectacular Spiderman Magazine #1 1968

All indications say this is a first print. Read the indicia and that's what I believe it to be. I would not place this in a high grade though. Looks like some minor moisture damage on the bottom of the cover and a faint coffee stain almost the entire length of the cover.
