4.5/5.0 because of surface wear and staining. Biggest issue I think are the scrapes on the FC. Nice book!

I think this is in the 4.5 range without the water staining along the ULHC and spine.

 

With the staining, 3.5.

Akkkk! I just looked at this again. Sorry, my mistake. Disregard my prior grade. I was trying to multitask and not doing a very good job of it I'm afraid. Warren Oates & Smithdatura are correct. With that stain, I think it's probably a 3.0.
